Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams on shipping arrangements and schedules.

• Source monthly freight rates and award shipments to competitive forwarders.

• Manage shipment bookings and container logistics.

• Prepare and verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, CO, Form D, etc.).

• Liaise with banks on L/C, D/P, and D/A transactions.

• Ensure shipments meet customer ETD/ETA requirements.

• Optimize container load planning (FCL/LCL) to reduce costs.

• Dispatch documents promptly for customer clearance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree Qualification in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or Equivalent

• Minimum 2 years experiences in logistic or manufacturing industry

• Experience in using ERP system will be added to advantage
