E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE - #1105571

The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible in driving the E-commerce business of UICCP household detergent products as well as agency lines products.  The incumbent will be the main contact person between UICCP and online platform buyers.

The ideal candidate should be a quick-thinking problem solver and can adapt to the fast-paced dynamic business environment and have good understanding of on line FMCG business.

 Key responsibilities (Job Description):

• Act as main contact point to online platform buyers and communicate updates on products, pricing and promotions.

• Execute sales & marketing activities as approved by management to drive sales of UICCP and agency products for each online platform

• Enhance the customer experience, execute customer order fulfilment, and maintain the technology and infrastructure

• Coordinate with relevant departments for order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders

• Monitor and evaluate competitors’ product pricing and activities to build counter strategies to keep market competitive edge.

• Monitor orders from each platform and evaluate to ensure it is in line with our sales strategy and target

• Monitor prices on each platform to ensure they are at authorized level and investigate as well as take necessary action when there is anomaly in market price level

• Develop new businesses through sourcing of new platforms and sellers

• Evaluate, analyze and report periodic sales performance and work with relevant stakeholders to improve sales strategy.

Desired skills and experience (Job Requirement):

• Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented person with 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG.  Experience in handling E-Commerce platforms is a bonus.

• Possess good analytical skills to evaluate sales reports to build competitive sales strategy and promotions for each platform

• Strong negotiation skills to maintain good business relationships with all platforms and business partners

• Good presentation skills are required.

• Good working skills on Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
