Assist in preparing, formatting, and editing documents and materials.
Check documents for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to templates.
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing files.
Support content review processes, including proofreading and verifying basic information.
Manage document version control and tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
GCE 'O' Level
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Can commit minimum 1 month
Able to start immediately
