Job Description
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage picking and delivery/collection of goods to ensure on-time delivery to customers
Ensure that documentation is complete for all transactions and filing of documents is timely
Receiving of finished goods, raw materials and Company’s miscellaneous purchases
Updating and processing of required transactions in SAP system
Collate and analyse data and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports
Collate and submit overtime, incentives for the team
Conduct stock check and bi-annual stock take
Manage the department’s drums, stationery, tools, diesel inventory, vehicles
Assist in maintaining safety and housekeeping of areas under the care of Store department
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of logistics/warehousing experience
Proficient in MS Office suite of applications
Meticulous and has good interpersonal and communications skills
Able to manage and make impromptu decisions in a fast-paced working environment
