Join a leading team in Electrical Project Management!
We’re hiring an experienced and driven Project Manager (Electrical) to lead, coordinate, and deliver successful electrical projects — from drawings to commissioning. If you're hands-on, solution-oriented, and ready to manage high-impact construction projects, this is for you!

What We Offer:

• Basic Salary: Up to $8,000 + Variable Bonus

• Location: Springleaf

• Working Hours: Project-based timing (on-site)

Your Role:

• Lead supervisors, workers, sub-contractors & vendors to complete projects on time.

• Resolve on-site issues with all involved parties.

• Plan weekly works & monitor progress vs master schedule.

• Track productivity, materials, quality, and cost.

• Enforce Safety, Health & Environmental compliance.

• Prepare & manage electrical shop drawings, as-built drawings & material submissions.

• Oversee Testing & Commissioning procedures.

• Coordinate Combined Services Drawings (CSD) & clash resolutions.

• Attend toolbox meetings, coordination & safety briefings.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering

• 3+ years’ experience in MEP construction (More experience = senior role)

• Construction Safety Supervisor & WSH certs (Compulsory)

• Only M&E construction experience accepted (Design/Non-construction will not be considered)

• PE-certified (Professional Engineer)

• Main contractor experience preferred

• Past work in Data Centres, Commercial Buildings, Malls, Hotels, High-Rise — highlight years & scope in your application

• Island-wide project site management required
