• Mon - Fri: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

• Sat: 9:00AM - 1:00PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive Air Operation Officer to join our team and help manage export & import shipments smoothly! You’ll be the go-to person for preparing and verifying Air Waybills (AWBs), coordinating with customers & agents, handling shipment docs & customs permits, and ensuring everything is on point with cargo data and billing.

What You’ll Do:

Air Export:
Prepare AWB drafts for review
Request permits before shipment arrival
Liaise with customers & overseas agents, monitor emails
Confirm cargo details & update systems
Submit necessary shipment documents (FWB, FHL, permits)
Send pre-alerts & handle billing emails

Air Import:
Receive pre-alerts for cargo release/delivery
Inspect cargo & report any issues
Communicate with customers & agents
Pre-declare customs permits
Submit shipment info to Singapore Customs
Manage billing & operational emails

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum GCE N/O Level
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skilled in data entry & handling enquiries
Team player with great communication
Self-motivated & eager to learn
Air Freight experience? A plus, but not required!
