Position: Warehouse Execusive

Working Hour: 5.5 Days (Mon -Fri 8:30AM-5:30PM / Sat 8:30AM-12.30PM)

location: Senoko S Rd, Singapore 758096

Job Responsibility:

• To key in warehouse operation data into the Warehouse Management System /Inventory system accurately and timely. Keep the SAP system up to date daily.

• Process sales orders daily.

• Receive, move, check, and store incoming goods and current in-stock goods.

• Support warehouse and inventory management activities.

• Managing bar coding, tag and label of the inventory/ stocks.

• Dispatch delivery orders to the operations crew.

• To perform daily pick, pack and transportation arrangement.

• Perform stock take reconciliation.

• Monitor inventory

• To have proper filing of warehouse documentations, as well as handling equipment servicing records etc.

• Ensure all the Store’s area and storage are upkeep, clean and tidy, all walkways are free from clutter.

• Perform other related duties as required by the Operations and Warehouse departments.

Requirement:

• Familiar with SAP Inventory System

• Must with forklift License

• Must Read and write Mandarin and Normal English
