Credit Manager (B2B / International Accounts) @ Seletar / Up $7200 - #1105392

Duration: 1 year contract (Extendable / Convertible)

Location: Seletar Aerospace Link

Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of B2B customers and ensure timely invoice payments in line with contractual terms

• Monitor customer cash receipts through SAP and reconcile daily with bank statements

• Mitigate financial risks by assessing customer creditworthiness and coordinating with internal analysts

• Review and advise on commercial and payment terms in contracts

• Administer customer goods and services credits

• Perform dunning actions including reminders, dispute resolution, and escalations for delinquent accounts

• Maintain close alignment with internal customer service, finance, and Global Account Management (GAM) teams

• Analyze customer payment behavior and propose solutions to resolve payment delays

• Work with autonomy while being part of a collaborative global team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent

• 2–3 years’ experience in international B2B finance operations, preferably within logistics, transportation, or aviation (aftermarket) sectors

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and commercial contracts

• Prior experience in credit control, customer account management, or collections

• Proficiency in SAP (especially financial modules) is highly preferred

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation)

• Able to interpret contractual clauses and advise on financial risks

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable dealing with clients across APAC

• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% of the time across the region
