You are responsible to serve customer accounts of the company and deliver sales volume to meet targeted sales growth. You also build and develop a solid relationship between major key accounts and company so as to drive sustainable business growth.
To coordinate sales activities and promotions with internal stakeholders as well as the customers with respect to their needs, concerns and schedules.
Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
Required to plan and think strategically to achieve sales budgets.
To keep abreast of the competition and the market’s changing landscape.
Good analytical and communication skills to communicate effectively to the team.
Work with internal teams to make business plans for growth of Key accounts.
Anticipate key account changes and improvements.
Work with internal team to ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in fresh produce (vegetables / fruits).
Excellent communication skills and a team player.
Proficient in Computer skills, MS Word / Excel.
Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively and be a team player.
