What you'll be doing

1. Providing a range of beauty, massage & wellness treatments

2. Assessing client needs and customising massage treatments to address their specific concerns

3. Maintaining a clean and professional treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-organised and ready for use

4. Keeping accurate records of client treatments and progress

5. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive client experience

6. Participating in regular training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest massage techniques and industry trends

What we're looking for

1. A diploma or certificate in massage therapy or a related field (ITEC / WSQ / CIBTAC)

2. At least 1 or 2 years of experience as a professional beauty / massage therapist.

3. No experience or certification required - we welcome trainees who are eager to learn and grow with us!

4. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, as well as the benefits and techniques of various massage modalities

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to client needs and provide personalised treatment recommendations

6. A caring and empathetic approach, with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their wellness goals

7. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the treatment room
