Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities
Training Analysis
Conduct training needs analysis for Daikin affiliates
Develop competency frameworks for the Daikin affiliates
Work closely with affiliates and collaborators to understand their respective training needs/issues and make constructive proposals to improve their capabilities
Training Management
Plan training that meets the needs of affiliates, schedule, and record the training.
Measure and analyse the effectiveness of training.
LMS/HRM system
Study, Plan and Develop of LMS
Simplify LMS & create a hassle-free user experience
Adopt feasible functions which catered to Daikin Training needs
Understand LMS/HRM systems already in use at affiliates and introduce a unified LMS /HRM system for all affiliates.
Any adhoc duties as assigned by HOD
Pre-requisites
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management / any related disciplines
Experience in planning and implementing employee skill analysis, training needs analysis
Well versed in LMS/HRM systems will have an advantage. e.g. Planning and developing training modules in LMS. Planning, designing, and building HRM systems
Must be able to travel to Asean Oceania countries
