Key Account Manager - Audio & Accessories | Singapore & Export Markets

Are you passionate about audio innovation and consumer tech? We're hiring a Regional Key Account Manager to lead sales growth across Singapore and export markets in the audio and accessories category.
Your Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Driving revenue and profitability across key accounts and new markets
- Building strong relationships with partners and distributors
- Leading quarterly business reviews and reporting to regional leadership
- Managing channel strategies, trade policies, and promotional activities
- Collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams
- Forecasting demand and aligning with supply chain operations
- Identifying market trends and new business opportunities
- Overseeing store promoters and ensuring brand visibility
Performance Metrics
- Sales & margin targets
- Inventory health (SIW, SIT, ageing stock)
- Forecast accuracy & account receivables
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of experience in sales management (offline & online), ideally in audio products or consumer electronics
- Experience in headphones, mobile/home accessories is a plus
- Strong industry network and stakeholder engagement skills
- Independent, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure
- University degree preferred but not mandatory
