Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role:

Are you a seasoned Mechanical Design Engineer ready to lead cutting-edge semiconductor equipment projects? Join us to design, develop, and deliver innovative equipment with a talented team! You’ll take charge of 2D/3D drawings, manage design changes, and support production and QA teams — ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead equipment design & development according to client and internal specs
Organize and lead project meetings to keep designs on track
Manage and maintain R&D documentation meticulously
Track and update Billed Materials records
Create detailed 2D/3D drawings using CAD tools
Raise and follow up on Engineering Change Notices (ECN) for design updates
Provide technical support for process, production, supply chain, and QA teams

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 4 years in semiconductor or automation equipment design (Senior experience preferred)
Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals & material properties knowledge
Proficient in SolidWorks (Autodesk/AutoCAD is a plus)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Willingness to travel overseas when required
