System Engineer (Safety) | Boon Lay | Up to $4500 #5252 - #1105194

Duration: 1 year contract (Renewable)

Salary range: $3500 - $4500

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the performance and formalization of explosive system safety tasks such as:

  • Prepare System Safety Programme Plan (SSPP)

  • Prepare Trial Safety Assessment Report (TSAR)

  • Perform Preliminary Hazard List (PHL)

  • Perform Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA)

  • Perform System Hazard Analysis (SHA)

  • Perform Subsystem Hazard Analysis (SSHA)

  • Perform Fault Tree Analysis (SHA)

  • Identify Safety Critical Items/ Characteristics (SCI/SCC)

  • Perform Safety Requirement & Verification Checklist (SRVC)

  • Track implementation of hazard control measures in the design, processes and procedures

• Assist in the standardization and enhancement of tools, processes and methodologies for system safety

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of safety engineer experience

• Minimum Degree in engineering, prefer someone with strong engineering fundamentals

• Below certifications will have added advantage:

  • Microsoft application software's e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint, access, M365, SharePoint, Co-Pilot

  • Database Software  

  • Certified Reliability Engineer

  • Safety certification
