About the Role:
Join a well-established luxury fashion retailer, representing a renowned international brand in children's designer wear. As a Sales Associate, you'll be part of a premium retail team delivering an elevated shopping experience while building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Styling
• Greet customers warmly and provide tailored service that reflects luxury standards
• Offer styling advice and product recommendations suited to each client's preferences
• Build strong, lasting relationships to develop a loyal client base

Sales & Product Knowledge
• Stay well-informed on new arrivals, product features, and promotions
• Drive sales by actively recommending products and creating positive shopping journeys
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Client Relationship Management
• Maintain accurate client profiles to personalize future interactions
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with care and professionalism

Store Operations & Visual Standards
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand visual standards
• Replenish merchandise regularly and maintain strong stock presentation
• Support stock transfers, returns, and inventory audits

Team Collaboration
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Mentor junior staff and uphold service excellence standards

Who We're Looking For:
• Passionate about retail, fashion, and luxury service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior retail experience preferred; luxury or premium retail is a plus
• Energetic, proactive, and committed to delivering top-tier customer service
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
