Adventure Specialist for HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir & Khatib - #1105169

Job Overview:

HomeTeamNS Adventure Facilities (Aqua Adventure, Adventure HQ & Action Motion) is an exciting hub for high-element & recreational inclusive of water activities, is in search of an enthusiastic individual to join us as an Adventure Specialist. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational management of Adventure Facilities, ensuring a secure and captivating experience for all patrons.

Adventure Facility Operations:

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring safe & effective delivery of recreational activities

• Conduct engaging programs & courses, meeting agreed objectives within set budget

• Provide front-of-house services & ensure a positive experience for all participants

• Handle crisis situations, demonstrating first-line management skills

Maintenance and Safety:

• Conduct timely inspections, both corrective & preventative maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and fittings

• Manage hazards, monitor safety conditions, & enforce safety procedures

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare monthly & quarterly reports, maintaining accurate records of revenues, patronage, expenses, & program details

Event Participation:

• Actively participate in organizational events & ad hoc committees when required

Secondary role in Marketing & Social Media/ Technical Support/ Events Management

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related Sports discipline &/or experience in a recreational facility

• Ability to work at heights

• Strong problem-solving skills, thrive under pressure, & is fast decision maker

• Good in MS Office & video editing software

• Ability to work shifts & on Public Holidays

• Fun & outgoing personality with the ability to work individually and in a team

• Ability to work in in aquatic environments without discomfort or distress

• Demonstrates an active & energetic disposition
