• Collaborate with project managers and architects to translate project concepts into detailed construction drawings.

• Create accurate 2D and 3D architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints using drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).

• Ensure that all drawings adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Collaborate with the project team to make design modifications and updates as needed.

• Review and redline drawings for accuracy and completeness.

• Assist in preparing permit applications and documentation.

• Maintain organized digital and physical drawing archives for reference and future projects.

• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members.

• Proven experience as a Drafter in the construction or renovation industry.

• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.

• Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting work.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
