We are seeking a proactive and hands on E-Commerce Officer for a 6 to 8 months contract at Wipro Consumer Care Singapore. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and will collaborate closely with the E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator. You will play a key part in managing online store backend operations ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Backend Operations
Perform daily e-commerce operations of the online platform stores (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Redmart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Process and fulfill online orders, including invoicing, shipping coordination, and inventory tracking.
Manage product uploads and keep the catalogue updated (prices, stock, new listings, promotions).
Update Double Digit promotions and assist in live support for any live streaming event.
Respond promptly and professionally to online customer queries via chat, email, or platform dashboards.
Handle issues related to refunds, exchanges, and delivery discrepancies.
Work as part of a team with the E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator to support campaign launches and ensure backend systems are optimized.
Coordinate with the marketing and graphic design team to ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines and support product visibility online.
Requirements
Relevant Diploma or Degree in Business or marketing is a plus but not a requirement.
1 year of e-commerce experience (internship, part-time, or full-time); hands-on experience with online store backend is a plus.
Fast with order management, logistics, and effective online customer service.
