Job Scope:

  • Lead and support service transformation projects aimed at improving service efficiency, patient experience scores, and improve staff productivity.

  • Analyse existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process enhancements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other service quality improvement methodologies.

  • Work with IT teams to integrate automation and relevant digital tools that improve patient engagement and support service transformation.

  • Engage with clinical, nurses, pharmacists and administrative teams to drive change initiatives in service transformation

  • Facilitate stakeholders’ collaboration and communications across departments and workgroups, ensuring seamless change management involving people, process and system.

  • Develop and execute communication plans to ensure implementation of new service workflows and adoption of new technologies.

  • Support leadership in formulating long-term service transformation strategies aligned with NCIS and NUHS strategic priorities.

  • Oversee progress and track key milestones/deliverables (design, manpower, IT, FFE, set-up/commissioning) leading to the operationalization of new/redeveloped polyclinics.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business Administration, Public Health or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in all or one of these: healthcare service improvement, operations or project management.

  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent) is an advantage.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
