Key Responsibilities:
Review and process orders, ensuring accuracy in product details, quantities, and pricing.
Maintain and update order information, including shipment dates, order revisions, and special requirements.
Collaborate with Merchandising and Warehouse department to resolve issues related to order fulfilment and stock availability.
Communicate order changes, delays, or fulfilment issues to relevant stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
Generate and maintain order status reports, tracking the progress of orders to ensure timely delivery.
Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders and Franchise partners regarding order fulfilment, delivery timelines, and any order-specific inquiries.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in order processing, fulfilment, or customer service, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
