Job Details

• Position: Accounts Executive; Permanent role with AWS & Variable Bonus

• Working Hours: Mon–Thurs 8:30am–6:00pm, Fri 8:30am–5:00pm

• Location: Transport provided from Boon Lay MRT

• System: Sage 300 (after 3 months)

• We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. This role involves full responsibility for managing the complete set of accounts and overseeing general ledger functions to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full set of accounts

• Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger

• Prepare for and coordinate the annual financial audit

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of GST filings

• Handle other finance-related tasks as required

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within a medium-sized organization

• Solid understanding of GST regulations and compliance

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel or BAR course certification is an advantage)

• Practical experience with accounting software such as Sun, Sage, or similar systems

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or ACCA Level 2

• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
