About the role

As a key member of the Application Support team at Technoprobe Asia Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers. This is a full-time position based in our Ang Mo Kio office in the North-East Region.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot on the card issues in a timely and efficient manner

2. Service & Support for Vertical Probe Cards

3. Support for DOE (Design of Experiment) or evaluations either by customer initiated or Technoprobe Asia

4. Compile of Investigation Report/ Tracker/ Monthly Report

5. Pin replacement onsite

6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve our support processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

1. Need to station at customer site

2. Minimum NITEC in Electronics/Mechatronics

3. Fresh or 1-2 years working experience working in the Semicon Industry

4. Possess basic electronics and troubleshooting skills

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed

6. Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends
