Job Description
Prepare and execute food items to our specified recipes and standards
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Operate kitchen equipment including oven, stove, fryer, griddle, toaster, rice cookers and food processor
Perform light-cooking such as boiling, making side dishes and sauces
Carry out food preparation processes including thawing, washing, cutting, marinating, portioning food ingredients, according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
