Profile:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Mobile Retail Assistant to join our team. The Retail Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the retail store while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in mobile and electronic devices.

Job Descriptions: 

• Responsible for day-to-day retail operations.

• Deliver high quality and standards of service to customers.

• Proactively engaged and attend to walk-in customers. 

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide after-sales support, including assistance with repair-related matters.

• Perform cashiering duties.

• Receive, process, and organize incoming goods/deliveries.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product displays in the store.

• Support the team with ad-hoc duties as and when required. 

Requirements:

• Customer service orientated and willing to go the extra mile.

• Possesses a professional and cheerful attitude.

• Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.

• Passion for mobile and electronic devices will be highly advantageous.

• Good interpersonal & communication skills.

• Mandarin speaking would be a plus. 

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
