Profile:
We are looking for a self-motivated and positive with a can-do attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a passion for mobile repair work, enjoy hands-on and, have a knack for problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Job Descriptions:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices and all other handheld devices. 

• Perform quality control checks and testing of repaired devices to ensure full functionality. 

• Accurately document all repair activities, including parts used, repair procedures, and testing outcomes.

• Maintain repair tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Contribute to achieving store KPIs.

• Additional allowances will be rewarded for their achievement of skill-based milestones and accumulated hands-on experience.

• Assist in inter-branch parcel transportation as assigned, ensuring efficiency and security throughout the delivery process.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required; comprehensive in-house training will be provided.

• 1 year experience in repairing various types of mobile devices would be an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced and multitasking environment.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Mandarin speaking would be ideal.

• WP holder are welcome to apply.
