Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Sales Manager/Sales Director. The Sales Manager/Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales team, and creating strategic sales plans. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, sales strategy, and client relationship management

• Strong understanding of audio-visual technology and solutions

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to analyze market trends and develop proactive sales strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Experience in the AV industry or a related field is a plus
