Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Manage high volume of phone calls, online platform, and social media, providing responses while maintaining high service standards.
• Answer enquiries and provide information on queries, complaints, and feedback.
• Schedule appointments for customers.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within guidelines.
• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction at all times.
• Escalate and collaborate with various teams for complicated issues, ensuring proper resolution.
• Provide ideas to improve customer experience.
• Continuously aim to provide satisfactory responses in accordance with key performance indicators.
• Submit and tally daily reports.

Ecommerce:

• Manage daily orders meticulously without errors.
• Provide customer service via email, answering all customer emails promptly.
• Ensure parcels are packed nicely and arrange for delivery vendor pick-up.
• Liaise with lab and shops for stock and lenses arrangement.
• Ensure sales tally with daily sales.
• Liaise with customers via email or message for updated prescriptions.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and communication roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
