Front Desk cum Sales Consultant - #1105029

Responsibilities

• Perform Clinic & Media spa and administrative duties, such as patient/ customer registration, booking of appointments, payment processing and cash flow, stock-taking, etc.

• Respond to and follow up on services and products enquiries through telephone, email and personal visits.

• Maintain and develop existing and new patients/customer through planned marketing effort.

• Promote clinic and spa services and products. Identify patients/ customer needs and recommend the appropriate treatment, facial and solutions.

• Demonstrate product knowledge.

• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N / 'O' level, NITEC

• Experience in aesthetic clinic / Medi Spa setting would be an advantage

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good customer-service mindset.

• Passionate to learn and work in the Aesthetic clinic/Medi Spa.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Weekend availability
