We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Team Lead to lead a small but dynamic team of 2-3 marketers, working together to drive success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide a small but talented team of 2-3 marketers. Provide mentorship, feedback, and foster a collaborative environment where team members can grow and thrive.

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies, focusing on SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and more.

  • Manage client relationships with a focus on understanding their needs and delivering results. Lead client meetings and provide consistent updates on campaign performance.

  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination on projects. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and step in when needed to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track campaign performance, create regular reports, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

  • Help refine and improve internal processes to increase efficiency, ensuring that the small team is always operating at its best.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media strategies, email marketing, and analytics platforms.

  • Experience managing small teams and a hands-on approach to mentoring and developing team members.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal coordination.

  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and implement adjustments to campaigns for maximum performance.

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other design software.

  • Experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and AI-driven platforms.
