We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Team Lead to lead a small but dynamic team of 2-3 marketers, working together to drive success for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and guide a small but talented team of 2-3 marketers. Provide mentorship, feedback, and foster a collaborative environment where team members can grow and thrive.
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies, focusing on SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and more.
Manage client relationships with a focus on understanding their needs and delivering results. Lead client meetings and provide consistent updates on campaign performance.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination on projects. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and step in when needed to ensure deadlines are met.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track campaign performance, create regular reports, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Help refine and improve internal processes to increase efficiency, ensuring that the small team is always operating at its best.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
Strong knowledge in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media strategies, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
Experience managing small teams and a hands-on approach to mentoring and developing team members.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal coordination.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and implement adjustments to campaigns for maximum performance.
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other design software.
Experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and AI-driven platforms.
