Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Logistics
Oversee day-to-day central kitchen operations including food production, packing, and delivery coordination.
Supervise and lead managers and supervisors across production, logistics, and procurement functions.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of products to all outlets daily.
Monitor and improve workflow and processes to reduce operational inefficiencies and manpower costs.
Quality Control
Ensure all food, packaging, and aesthetic presentation meet high and consistent quality standards.
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Procurement & Inventory
Oversee inventory of ingredients and packaging materials to ensure optimal stock levels.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
Monitor and manage food costs, wastage, and supplier performance.
Product Development
Work closely with culinary and marketing teams to develop new food products that can be efficiently produced within the central kitchen.
Conduct feasibility and costing analysis for new product launches.
Team Management
Mentor and train operational staff to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.
Conduct regular performance reviews, workforce planning, and manpower optimization.
