Summary:

• Monday to Friday, 9:30am-6:30pm

• Location: Boon Lay Way

• Industry: Interior design firm

• Yearly Performance Bonus & increment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee AR/AP functions and ensure timely billing, collections, and payments.

• Handle GST submissions, tax computations, annual filings, and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and audit schedules, addressing queries from external parties.

• Review and enhance financial workflows and internal controls to improve efficiency and compliance.

• Provide guidance to the accounts team and handle vendor inquiries and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
