As a Financial Analyst - Healthcare, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Conduct analysis to enhance productivity and efficiency, establish budgets, prepare management and departmental reports, and perform scenario planning for new services and programs.

• Analyze and report on monthly departmental performance (actual vs. budget), identifying areas for improvement.

• Support annual revenue planning and projection cycles.

• Conduct costing and pricing assessments for services, programs, and new initiatives.

• Provide financial analytics support for value-based initiatives.

• Participate in understanding system relationships, structures, and end-to-end processes.

• Perform feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and scenario modeling for new or existing projects and programs.

• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a University Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business/ Statistics or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

• Experience in management accounting or data analytics is preferred
