Job Scope:

• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve complaints both remotely and on-site in a timely and professional manner.

• Recommend preventive measures and provide effective solutions for technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support service teams and sub-contractors by offering guidance on service tasks, testing, and commissioning.

• Verify completed work and process payment claims from sub-contractors accurately.

• Contribute to departmental strategies and initiatives, including value-added service improvements.

• Maintain accurate and timely updates in the service information system and ensure all related documentation is properly completed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution.

• Relevant technical experience, preferably with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV, or HVAC systems.

• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
