• Perform food dishing and plating according to standard procedures.

• Handle special dietary requests to meet individual patient needs.

• Maintain food safety by following hygiene practices and HACCP guidelines.

• Other Ad-Hoc duties required by kitchen staff. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum Primary School qualification

• Possess certification in Basic Food Hygiene

• Able to work in cold room environment
