Job Responsibilities:
Provide first level support and resolution for HR Systems-related issues and/or requests.
Support SuccessFactors including foundation objects setup and management, administration of user access, troubleshooting, adjustments, and mass loading of data on a need-basis.
Liaise with AMS partner and system vendors for issues, solutioning and enhancement requests.
Coordinate between HR users, Payroll team and system vendor on issues, enhancements and/or CR raised. Follow-through till completion and roll out based on timeline.
Develop new or update existing user guides on new functionality or processes.
Contribute to initiatives to drive operational efficiency in the HR process using technology.
Coordinate for and support Project leads in managing timeline, requirement, team members, appointed vendors and implementers on related HR Projects.
Conduct all testing activities for implementation, enhancements, regular system updates and proposed functional changes in the system.
Conducts HR systems training for end users and manages all communications relating to the system if required.
Other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the area of HRIS system setup, implementation, enhancement and maintenance
Diploma or Degree in HR or IT relevant discipline
Experience with SuccessFactors support or implementation is a must
Ability to analyze business process requirements, understand HR domain knowledge and translate into HRIS system requirements
Good understanding of development and testing cycles, skills in data management and experience in HRIS project management/ support
Independent team player with the ability to multi-task
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Positive working attitude
