Senior BIM/VDC Specialist - #1104554

Responsibilities:

• Lead Architectural / MEP model integration, producing coordinated layouts, resolving spatial clashes, and supporting interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Maintain and manage drawing revisions, discipline drawing lists, and CAD-BIM libraries in alignment with project schedules and requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and qualified persons on submission drawings and clash resolution.

• Prepare and update Tender, Shop, Construction, As-Built, and Coordinated BIM models/drawings in 2D and 3D, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Assist the design team in producing accurate plans, sections, elevations, and details; verify engineering drawings for design intent and buildability.

• Support material take-off from BIM models, conduct site inspections for coordination, and contribute to continuous improvement of CAD-BIM processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Information Modeling or its equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of Architectural / MEP experience in Construction.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC and Microsoft Office
