Job Responsibilities

• Operate Class 4 vehicles safely and responsibly for delivery and collection of goods.

• Handle picking, packing, loading, and unloading activities as required.

• Ensure goods are transported securely and with care to avoid damage.

• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the assigned vehicle daily.

• Perform routine checks and promptly report any vehicle faults or issues.

• Support general warehouse operations when needed, including stock organization and delivery checks.

• Accurately complete and maintain delivery documentation and records.

• Ensure timely deliveries and proactively communicate any expected delays.

• Work closely with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth coordination.

• Provide courteous and professional service at delivery and collection points.

• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety procedures.

• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the scheduler or operations team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum primary or secondary level education.

• Valid Class 3 and Class 4 driving licences with at least 2 years of relevant driving experience.

• Good driving record with no major violations.

• Familiarity with Singapore roads, routes, and traffic regulations.

• Ability to communicate effectively and provide good customer service.

• A dependable team player with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.

• Able to read, write, and understand basic English to handle delivery instructions and documentation.

• Honest, reliable, proactive, and capable of problem-solving on the job.
