Customer Service Executive - Seafreight @ East Region - #1104476

Job summary:

• Permanent role - Customer Service Executive (Seafreight)

• Basic up to $3800

• Entitled AWS + VB

• 5.5 Days, office hour

• Working location at East region

• Company transport is provided (Designated pickup point)

Job scope:

• Respond to customer enquiries and ensure compliance with their SOPs

• Liaise with overseas agents and negotiate shipping rates

• Prepare shipping documents for LCL/FCL and coordinate with operations teams

• Communicate with carriers, customers, and suppliers for smooth deliveries

• Handle sea freight quotations, DG declarations, and packing arrangements

• Manage monthly closing of shipment files and ensure invoicing accuracy

Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma or Degree holder in Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent

• Min 2 years customer service-related experience. Experience in freight-forwarding(seafreight) is advantageous
