Temporary Finance Officer (3-Month Contract)

Hourly Rate: $18.50/hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Finance Officer to support financial operations for a 3-month period. You will assist with funding calculations, reconciliation, compliance checks, and specialist manpower projections, while providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform funding calculations and reconcile disbursements for post-graduate medical education

• Conduct compliance checks on residency funding by verifying supporting documents for accuracy and adherence to guidelines

• Assist with specialist manpower projections

• Handle general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field (other fields considered)

• Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel skills for data management

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Good writing abilities
