Channel Sales & Business Development Manager

Job Purpose:
Drive enterprise software sales through strategic partnerships and client engagement across SEA markets.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive software sales across assigned accounts with partners in SEA.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term executive-level relationships.
Collaborate with partners, resellers, and internal teams to deliver value to clients.
Manage full sales cycle from opportunity discovery to deal closing.
Forecast revenue opportunities and understand client business processes.
Job Requirements:
7+ years’ experience in enterprise software sales with proven revenue success.
Strong ability to build and manage C-level relationships and strategic accounts.
Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven with excellent communication skills.
Proven track record in selling SaaS solutions—including products, development, and services—to clients in the manufacturing sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales and software experience required.
This is a client-facing, business development role where you’ll identify customer needs, build long-term relationships with decision-makers (like SVPs), and help them adopt digital transformation solutions.
