• Assist to prepare various sushi dishes

• Perform cashier duties efficiently.

• Cook and handle food in line with SOPs.

• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas and kitchen tools.

• Monitor inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
