Sales Manager – Industrial

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth across the industrial sector, covering Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within power solutions, engineering, and turnkey project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow the industrial business segment in Singapore and Southeast Asia

• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and customer engagement to securing projects

• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, end-users, contractors, and other key stakeholders

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for power systems, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure

• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, including tender submissions and pricing strategies

• Collaborate with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure successful project execution

• Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met, and prepare timely reports and forecasts

• Conduct market research, gather competitor insights, and contribute to business planning

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in the industrial or infrastructure sector

• Strong technical understanding of power generation, LV/MV systems, or M&E turnkey solutions

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Independent, resourceful, and results-driven

• Able to travel regionally as needed
