Job Description
-Serve as a mentor and positive role model for students during after-school hours.
-Provide academic support and homework guidance across key subjects
-Deliver or assist with enrichment programmes, including Chinese language and learning workshops.
-Monitor and track students’ academic progress and overall well-being.
-Build strong rapport with students and parents, and provide clear communication on progress and programmes.
-Serve as the main point of contact at the front desk — handle enrolments, payments, and enquiries
-Coordinate with teachers and centre management to ensure smooth daily operations.
-Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom and center environment.
-Support basic admin and operations to ensure center efficiency.
