Job Scope 

• Daily Trade Operations monitoring & follow-up of transactions with Business Units or customers in accordance with the agreed service standard.

• Perform reconciliation of transactions.

• Perform checking of Trade invoices & shipping documents.

• Perform data entry for AML/EWSS check.

• Perform maker role for collection of fees.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Other operational & administrative functions.

Requirements 

• Diploma/degree holder, ideally comes with relevant experience in banking operations. 

• Knowledge of Trade Finance Products / Processes would be an advantage. 

• Meticulous and detailed oriented. 

• Capable of work effectively under pressure.
