Service Sales Engineer
Location: Singapore
Responsible Region: Southeast Asia

Main Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for driving business growth in MH spare parts sales and value-added services (such as service contracts, MH overhauls, leasing services, etc.) in the Southeast Asian region, as well as handling spare parts and service inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups from direct customers.

  2. Responsible for service business order management at the Singapore Service Center and coordinating overhaul personnel's repair work:
    a) Assist sales in completing commissioning and acceptance of new MH equipment projects;
    b) Provide on-site service technical support, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul work;
    c) Offer training to customers and distributors on technical product and service knowledge, and assist in technical exchanges;
    d) Help local distributors establish and improve service capabilities;
    e) Promptly respond to customer after-sales issues, resolve technical problems via phone or on-site visits, and complete service reports in a timely manner;
    f) Collect and feedback technical requirements and quality information from customers, assist in tracking and resolving product quality issues, and drive product quality improvements.

  3. Responsible for service response and technical support for customers in the Southeast Asian region.

  4. Responsible for providing service support to strategic key accounts, periodically visiting end-users, establishing customer archives, managing customer assets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Competencies:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in the machinery industry, with degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or automation.

  2. Understanding of the structure and principles of pneumatic, hydraulic hoists, and winch products; prior experience in the offshore oil industry is preferred.

  3. Possess basic skills in repair work, on-site service experience, and knowledge of EHS principles.

  4. Good problem analysis and solving abilities; possess basic presentation and training skills.

  5. Excellent communication skills, good communication abilities with customers, distributors, and teams, and strong teamwork abilities.

  6. Good time management skills; self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage oneself effectively.

  7. Ability to identify and provide potential sales leads, and possess spare parts and service sales skills.

  8. Proficient in operating computers and common office software.

  9. Proficient in English & Chinese.
