Admin & Executive Support
Front Desk & Reception
Greet and assist visitors; ensure check-in protocols are followed.
Manage incoming deliveries and direct guests appropriately.
Maintain a professional and presentable reception area.
Office Operations
Support day-to-day office activities and upkeep across both sites.
Manage and replenish pantry supplies, stationery, and equipment.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, team lunches, and internal activities.
Liaise with vendors for office services, maintenance, and utilities.
Oversee basic housekeeping standards and manage visitor pass requests.
Events & Staff Engagement
Assist with planning and logistics for company-wide events (e.g., festive celebrations, D&D, quarterly gatherings).
Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Compliance & Safety Support
Help maintain basic office certifications (e.g., Green Mark, fire safety equipment).
Take care of fire drills or related procedures if and when required.
Provide administrative support during audit and tender processes.
HR & Onboarding
Prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
Manage inventory related to office and onboarding needs.
Maintain and update the internal telephone directory.
Executive & Ad Hoc Support
Act as Executive Assistant to Managing Director – calendar management, travel bookings, and general administrative tasks.
