We're seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the visual identity and execution across flagship and emerging store formats in Singapore and Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and data—someone who can turn global brand guidelines into locally resonant, performance-driven in-store experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
Flagship Store Excellence (SG): Lead and implement compelling in-store visuals and window concepts that are aligned with global brand aesthetics, while using insights from sales and traffic data to optimize layout and product presentation.
New Store Openings (SG & MY): Plan and execute visual merchandising for new store launches, including pre-opening preparations and post-launch seasonal transitions.
Wholesale Partner Support: Oversee brand visual presence across key wholesale accounts in Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring consistency and retail impact.
Performance-Driven Execution: Use retail analytics and inventory flow to guide visual decisions that drive KPIs, including sell-through and conversion.
Immersive Storytelling: Create engaging displays that educate, inspire, and connect with both local shoppers and international customers.
Seasonal & Campaign Rollouts: Localize global campaigns and VM guidelines while syncing with regional calendars and market trends.
Training & Development: Empower in-store teams through VM training and best practices, ensuring consistent execution and high standards.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with store, marketing, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure seamless VM integration across retail and wholesale touchpoints.
Requirements:
5+ years of visual merchandising experience, ideally in premium/luxury sportswear or performance retail.
Proven track record in retail performance improvement via strategic VM.
Expertise in store zoning, visual storytelling, window display curation, and customer experience.
Solid understanding of sales data, inventory flow, and product lifecycle in a retail context.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Experience with regional rollouts or multi-market support is a plus.
A degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field is preferred.
