Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy and WSH Act

• Ensure full compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, subsidiary legislation, and relevant codes of practice.

• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits at the worksite.

• Develop and implement WSH policies, safe work procedures, and emergency response plans.

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.

• Analyse safety data and trends using digital tools to identify gaps and drive improvements.

• Prepare and submit WSH reports to relevant authorities in a timely manner.

• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and WSH-related training for workers and management.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants on WSH matters.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in WSH

• In-depth understanding of Singapore’s WSH Act, Risk Management Regulations, and all applicable statutory requirements.

• Registered WSHO with MOM

• Min 2 years Oil & Gas experience, preferably with road works experience dealing with tunnelling and Utilities laying

• Must possess Confined Space Assessor and Lifting Supervisor

• Preferably to have the following: Registered Earthwork Supervisor and Project Safety Management Certificate (Singapore Power Induction)

• Good Time Management and Presentation Skills

• Able to handle tight dateline and pressure

• Strong communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills.

• Digital Skills:

• Proficient in using digital safety platforms (e.g., e-PTW, HSE dashboards).

• Experience in data analytics using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Familiarity with digital incident reporting, mobile apps, or cloud-based documentation systems is a plus.
