Job Description:

• Project control of all pre & post contract and quantity surveying management and duties.
• Close liaison with Project Managers
• Weekly and monthly reporting of cost, reconciliations and accruals.
• Procurement via outsourcing and analysis of tender submissions – recommend to management preferred bidders.
• Close attention to and administration of all Notices relative to time bars.
• Adhere to group Contract Management plan and protocols.
• Professionally represent the Company in the face of clients on all contractual matters, insurance, EOT, Variations, claims, account submissions; taking to a mutually satisfactory conclusion.
• Managing sub-subcontractors effectively and fairly.
• Having knowledge about local and international standard form of contracts 
• The role dictates that the candidate must be autonomous and skilled in contract management and quantity surveying and must be able to disseminate information fluently and concisely.

Requirement:

• Teamworks, adaptability and problem solving. 
• Minimum degree certification in quantity surveying or engineering; 
• minimum 5 years in managerial role for construction
• Singaporean preferred
