• BAS / BMS Engineers.

• Salary Range: $4,000 - $5,500

• Location: East

• AWS / VB

Responsibilities:

• System Design & Integration; Design and implement BMS architectures based on project requirements.

• Develop control logic and system sequences for ACMV and other M&E systems.

• Installation & Commissioning; Oversee and support the installation of BMS hardware (controllers, sensors, actuators).

• Perform functional and performance tests on site.

• Ensure the system complies with project specifications and industry standards.

• Programming & Configuration; Program BMS controllers (PLC) (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Beckhoff).

• Develop HMI/SCADA graphics and dashboards for control and monitoring.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting; Provide ongoing system monitoring, fault diagnosis, and resolution.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for installed systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Controls Engineering or equivalent.

• 2–5 years experience in BMS design, programming, or maintenance.

• Familiar with ACMV systems / M&E / controls integration.

• Proficiency in BMS platforms

• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus

• Knowledge in electrical/control schematics and AutoCAD drawings.
